Boutique fiduciary and delivery-governance advisory

Independent scrutiny between capital, reporting and physical reality.

TUTUM Advisory is a boutique company serving family-office boards, principal capital allocators, fund managers and institutional asset managers through two specialist mandates.

We protect the original investment thesis, challenge filtered reporting, scrutinise the delivery chain and keep projects accountable through capital release, construction execution and operational handover.

The structural problem

The people spending the capital also control the reporting chain.

Capital owners appoint fund and asset managers. Those managers appoint PMCs, project directors, consultants, contractors and operators. Information then travels upwards through the same delivery chain responsible for expenditure and performance.

TUTUM provides the independent downward scrutiny. We test what is being reported against what has been contracted, paid for and physically delivered—and whether the original underwriting remains intact.

Two client appointments

Focused by buyer, not diluted by sector.

Principal capital

Family office boards, investment committees and principal capital allocators requiring an independent downward technical audit of the fund manager and delivery chain.

Institutional asset management

Fund managers, general partners and institutional asset managers requiring senior non-executive delivery counsel and rigorous PMC scrutiny.

The discipline

Evidence before release. Intervention before erosion.

01

Evidence

Reconcile reporting with physical inspections, statutory records, contracts and verified delivery evidence.

02

Underwriting

Test cost, programme and execution against the original approved investment thesis and base-case returns.

03

Capital gates

Verify whether physical progress supports requested drawdowns, payments and release decisions.

04

Intervention

Expose scope drift, claims, delay and delivery failure early enough for accountable board action.

Independent judgement, directly accountable to the appointing client.

Appointments are selective, confidential and structured around the capital decision or delivery exposure requiring independent challenge.
