Why boutique
Senior attention cannot be industrialised.
Each appointment demands judgement, independence and a direct line to the board, investment committee or accountable fund partner.
TUTUM accepts a limited number of mandates. We work across physical asset classes, but we do not broaden the service model to fit every enquiry. The client must sit within one of the two defined appointments.
The practice draws on approximately three decades of international executive experience across development, construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy and operational handover, including work within sovereign-fund environments.
How we work
Direct reporting. Evidence-led challenge.
The mandate establishes the appointing client, reporting line, information rights, decision gates, cadence and escalation route.
We test management reporting against physical, statutory, contractual and commercial evidence. Findings are translated into clear capital and delivery consequences for the board or Investment Committee.
Our independence is not passive. We challenge unsupported claims, expose drift and define the intervention required to protect the approved investment model or delivery commitment.
